While most maintenance and repairs can be handled individually, it is often best to know where your skills end and when you need professional help. James and Honey Do are those professionals that make a four hour project get sorted out in an hour. This is a great complimentary service to the painting and flooring service as a lot of items can be taken care of at once.

James is extremely professional and incredibly friendly. He is a great guy to work with. His pricing as usual is fair and the quality of his work is top notch. He takes pride in his work and in making sure that things meet his standards and has more than once offered to fix something that I would not notice or was non-ideal as part of his normal service with no extra cost.

Through the projects, James has also become a good friend and I can count on him to get the job done quickly and correctly. Easy recommend and will obviously continue to use Honey Do.

My wife has worked with James, the owner of Honey Do Contractors, for a few years on various home renovations for her clients. When we faced a major water damage insurance claim recently, it was a no-brainer to choose Honey Do Contractors.

Working with James through the insurance claim process helped us ensure we recovered the proper value for our claim, which was just the start of our great experience.

We had to repair all the downstairs walls, floors, kitchen, dining, and entertainment room. James collaborated with us as a team, considering different budget areas throughout the renovation and rebuild process.

From his flooring team to cabinetry, painting, and more, the team made the process so much easier for our household of six. With multiple dogs and cats in the home, the team's clear project coordination on a daily and weekly basis was perfect—and our animals loved the entire Honey Do Contractors team. This was important for a major insurance claim and renovation project.

James is absolutely phenomenal! He completely remodeled our screened-in patio from top to bottom. He replaced all the wood that had started to fall apart with perfectly matching new wood. He replaced all the screens with a much more durable material, which we truly appreciate considering the old screens had holes in them allowing all sorts of bugs in. The entire patio was then cleaned and stained to match the original color. It was truly marvelous! If that wasn't enough, he replaced our old screen door that had a stayed closed via a hook lock with a full sized door! He reframed the entire opening and it looks perfect! He worked great with our schedule and was very reasonable with the price!

I recommend James to all my friends, family and coworkers. He is incredibly honest and helpful. I've never met someone who cares more about making sure the finished product is perfect. Most people "get the job done", James makes sure everything is flawless and that everyone is happy. He is the only person I will ever call for home repairs or remodels.

Bonus praise: I called James about restaining our fence. He had his guys, Sammy and Jarrod, come out. Not only were they polite and punctual, they did an amazing job. In two days, they transformed our fence to looking brand new again. James stopped by multiple times to make sure everything looked great during and after the job. James is committed to making sure every project is a perfect 10/10.

Wow! This company is amazing. Sunday night I backed into my garage causing structural damage to the beams also bending both garage door tracks. I contacted James early Monday morning thru a nextdoor post and am lucky I did. He showed up 2 hours later WITH a garage door company. A few hours later my beam was replaced along with two functioning garage doors for a very fair price. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Honest & professional. 10/10

We love James for the several home projects we've had with him. He's a wealth of information and offers insightful advice when discussing what we want. Recently we had some minor water damage due to a slow leak from a toilet that wasn't seated properly. He came out and went over all the possibilities and options depending on how much water damage there was in the wall (since we didn't know how bad it was until it was cut open), and got to work. James removed the damaged portions, treated the wood and dried it out, and now you can't even tell at all. Our floor trim was from the builders in 2001, so we couldn't find an exact match, but James found a similar trim (that I actually like much better) to replace it with. A couple pieces of tile had to be replaced and his associate, Walter, did an amazing job making it look like it was never touched. All in all, what was initially a horrible and terrifying situation turned into a worry-free, easy process. "Water damage" always sounds so scary, but James's thorough explanations helped put us at ease. Perfect 5 out of 7, will hire again.

I could not say enough great things about James and his company. He is professional, on time, extremely knowledgeable, and has your best interests as the #1 goal. I originally hired James just for painting and minor repairs but he ended up helping with everything from electrical issues to home audio to bathroom work to you name it. All in all it has been a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.
