Project Development & Design
This is where your project takes shape. We develop detailed scope documents, material specifications, and — where applicable — 3D visualizations of your space. The goal is to define every aspect of the project so you can see what you're getting and what it costs before construction begins.
Final Scope & Fixed Price
At the end of project development, you receive a comprehensive, fixed-price construction proposal. Every scope item, material, and labor cost is defined. This is your blueprint — what you approve is exactly what gets built, at the price you agreed to.
Pre-Construction
Before the first hammer swings, we handle permits, finalize the construction schedule, coordinate material procurement, and set up your project portal. You'll receive a detailed timeline showing exactly when each phase starts and ends.
Construction & Completion
Your project comes to life. A dedicated project manager coordinates all trades, manages the schedule, and provides daily updates through your project portal. Construction concludes with a quality-focused walkthrough where we address every detail before handing over your transformed space.
