Questions About Getting Started

We review your submission within one business day and reach out to schedule a discovery call. This is a brief phone or video conversation where we discuss your project, answer questions, and determine if we're a good fit for each other.
No. The discovery call is a two-way conversation to determine fit. We want to understand your project, and we want you to understand how we work. If we're not the right fit — whether because of scope, budget, or approach — we'll tell you honestly. We'd rather be upfront than waste anyone's time.
Not at all. Many of our clients start with a general idea — "I want to update my kitchen" or "my bathroom needs a complete redo" — and we help refine the scope during the discovery and project development process. You don't need blueprints or a Pinterest board, though they're welcome if you have them.
Every project begins with our structured process: discovery call, onsite consultation, then project development and design. The full process from initial contact to start of construction typically takes a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks, but could take months depending on project complexity and how quickly decisions are made. We'll do our best to give you a realistic timeline during the discovery call.
