How You Access Your Portal
Receive Your Invitation
After your construction contract is signed, you’ll receive an email invitation to create your portal account. Setup takes less than 2 minutes.
Log In From Any Device
Access your portal from any web browser — desktop, tablet, or phone. You can also add it to your phone’s home screen for one-tap access, just like a native app.
Stay Connected Throughout
From pre-construction through final walkthrough, your portal is your central hub. Real-time updates, all documents, and direct communication with your team.
Add the Portal to Your Home Screen
The HD Signature client portal is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — there’s no app store download required. Add it to your phone’s home screen for instant one-tap access that looks and feels just like a native app.
iPhone & iPad
- Open Safari and navigate to the portal login page
- Tap the Share button — the box with an arrow pointing up
- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
- Tap Add in the top right to confirm
Use Safari — Chrome and other browsers on iPhone do not support Add to Home Screen.
Android
- Open Chrome and navigate to the portal login page
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner
- Tap “Add to Home Screen” or “Install App”
- Tap Add or Install to confirm
Chrome may also show an automatic “Install App” banner at the bottom of the screen when you visit.
